Welcome

My name is Tanya Smart and I am a qualified systemic psychotherapist (also known as family therapist) with over twenty five years experience of working with families.  I work in Lewes, East Sussex, and in London, both privately and for the NHS 

I have been registered as a systemic psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) since 1997, and as a systemic supervisor with the Association of Family Therapy (AFT) since 2012.

I offer therapy to individuals, couples and families, and am qualified to work with children and adolescents, as well as adults. I also offer supervision and consultation, as a qualified systemic supervisor.
